How to Study Using Your Editor's Feedback

You can use the feedback from your teacher in many ways. If you do, you will get the most out of your English learning.

  1. Study: Look at the comments carefully and read any Poligo Content that your Editor suggests.
  2. Ask questions: If you do not understand some point, or if your Editor's comment raises a question, then ask a question about it.
  3. Memorise: Remember corrections and suggested answers. Repeat, recite or revisit corrections until you remember them easily - keep a notebook and re-write them to help you remember.
  4. Record and listen: Get a native speaker or good English speaker to record it, or record it yourself, and then memorise it on the go or play it in the background while you do something else.
  5. Say it: Remember the corrected language and say it the next time you have a conversation in English. Or just read out loud the correct version as many times as you need. Use the 555 technique for fluency!
  6. Use it: Use the sentences that were corrected as examples to write more sentences. Concentrate on sentences that contain grammar points or sentence patterns that are new to you. Send the new set of sentences to Poligo for further comment.
